Unfortunately we do not take custom orders, if a bag is sold out you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications, but it is unlikely any sold sold out products will be restocked before the holidays.
Sometimes packages don't get scanned as they travel though the distribution centers especially during times of high volume, give your package time to get to you.
We do not have any tracking information beyond what is available to you on the carriers tracking website, please check with the carrier for more information.
Wait another day or two, sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but are still in transit.
