Made with our award-winning Anamalai Cacao, your Hot Cocoa is rich in cocoa butter and deeply luscious. With just enough Madhur Jaggery for a caramelly sweetness, it makes a super velvety cup of cocoa. We think it is perfect on its own, but you can spice it up by adding cinnamon or cardamom, or turn up the heat with a chilli powder.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Simmer 1-2 tbsp hot cocoa mix and any additional spices in 1 cup water for 2 minutes.
2. Add 1/2 cup milk of your choice.
3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
OPTIONAL SPICY ADDITIONS:
* 2-3 Baraka Green Cardamom pods
* Lightly crushed - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground Peni Miris Cinnamon & 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground chillies
